With a PhD in Human Development and Family Sciences, and two Master’s degrees including Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Rosalinda’s approach to solutions is rooted in strong academic rigor and research. She is trained in Family Building Counseling, Behavioral Health in Primary Care, Perinatal Mood Anxiety Disorders, Cognitive Process Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care, Grief Therapy, Attachment Theory & Therapy, and Positive Guidance Parenting.

Linda’s close connection with her clients, however, comes from her first-hand experiences with some of the issues on which she counsels. In fact, it is Linda’s life experiences that ignited her passion for studying and training to be a professional counselor.

Linda leads national and local support groups for RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association, as well as organizing the San Antonio Walk of Hope. She also serves on the Association’s Inclusion Committee as a Founding Member.

A cancer survivor herself, Linda hosts a local therapeutic support group through the Thrivewell Cancer Foundation family for cancer patients and survivors. She also collaborates with the Wonders & Worries Foundation by hosting support groups for the parents’ of the children served by the foundation.

Linda provides you a trusting environment in which to openly share your struggles. Pain and suffering are normal and valid and they can be debilitating when you walk alone. Linda will be there to lift you up and support you on your journey to enhance your wellbeing.
