Rates
Rates vary depending on therapist, education, specialty and experience. We match therapist to client’s needs and level of care. Private pay clients (those not using insurance) may consider the following fee schedule.
$75 – 180 for Initial Evaluations
$75 – 150 for 50-55 min Individual Session
$75 – 150 for 50 min Family Session
$45+ for Group Counseling
Please be aware that a 3% fee will be charged ONLY when using a credit card at time of transaction.

(coverage is based on individual plans & individual provider network status)
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
•***NO-SHOW & LATE CANCELLATIONS FEES:*** Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside especially for you, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. A client may also inquire whether there is an option to meet virtually if you’re unable to attend an in-person session.
• If you are unable to attend therapy, you must contact your Provider at least 48 hours before your session. Otherwise, you will be subject to fees outlined in your fee agreement- missed/late cancelation- full cost of therapists’ rate ($150.00) Insurance does not cover these fees.
• Appointments can be cancelled by calling our office and leaving a voicemail. They are time stamped.
• In the case of three missed/late cancellation appointments within a three-month period, the therapeutic relationship may be terminated and appropriate referrals to other practices will be offered.
