**Adolescent Anxiety Group:**

 

We are excited to introduce a new group dedicated to adolescents are navigating the challenges of anxiety. Our expert facilitators create a safe space where young individuals can share their experiences, learn effective coping mechanisms, and build a strong support network. This group aims to empower adolescents understand and overcome anxiety.

This new support initiative dedicated to adolescents grappling with anxiety,

moderated by Carina Richards, LMSW, AMA Associate!
