Sarabeth brings a warm and compassionate approach to therapy, creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and families in school, community, and hospital settings, including serving as a lead therapist in an adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program.
She specializes in supporting clients navigating OCD, anxiety, depression, stress and overwhelm, relationship and interpersonal challenges, perfectionism, life transitions, parenting and family concerns, and emotional regulation and coping skills. She also offers faith-based counseling upon request.
As a wife and mother, Sarabeth understands the joys and challenges of balancing family, relationships, personal growth, and everyday life. These experiences have strengthened her empathy and commitment to meeting each client where they are.
Outside of therapy, Sarabeth enjoys spending time with her family, keeping up with her kids’ activities, serving in her church community, learning to knit, and playing the piano.
