Gabriella Almanza, MA, LPC is dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their healing journey. Gabriella holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has worked in a variety of mental health settings providing compassionate care to individuals with diverse needs and life experiences.

Gabriella works with individuals experiencing anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions. She utilizes evidence-based approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique strengths, goals, and needs.

Gabriella believes that meaningful change begins with a trusting therapeutic relationship built on compassion, authenticity, and collaboration. Her goal is to help clients build resilience, develop effective coping skills, and create a life that reflects their values.
