LCSW

Diana Morales, LCSW, is a bilingual and neurodivergent therapist with over 15 years of experience in the field of social work and four years providing direct clinical care. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, and families through a trauma-informed, neurobiological, and relational lens. Diana integrates expressive arts, play therapy, and evidence-based interventions to foster connection, curiosity, and healing in a safe, inclusive environment.

Her clinical experience spans a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, behavioral challenges, emotional dysregulation, identity development, self-esteem, grief and loss, eating disorders, schizoaffective disorder, neurodivergence, dual diagnosis, chronic medical and mental health conditions, and gender identity and dysphoria. As a former residential therapist, she has extensive experience facilitating group therapy and supporting adolescents navigating complex trauma, attachment wounds, and life transitions.

Diana’s therapeutic approach is collaborative, creative, and compassionate blending modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Polyvagal-informed techniques, mindfulness, somatic awareness, expressive arts, play therapy, and strengths-based interventions. She is committed to creating a validating and neuroaffirming space where clients of all backgrounds feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow. Diana continues to expand her expertise as she completed training in OCD treatment with Andrea Alvarez, LPC-S and attended training at the most recent OCD Texas Symposium here in San Antonio. Diana earned her Master’s degree in Social Work and holds certifications as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Multi-Modal Attachment Therapy (MAT) Level 1 Practitioner, and advanced training in neuropsychotherapy and the assessment and treatment of ADHD. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a minor in History and an Associate’s degree in Pre-Law.
